At enewton, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we loved creating it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the original jewelry pieces securely in their branded pouches and pack them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
